Site Assessment and Detailed Proposal
Our team will assess the site, looking at ground conditions, access, drainage, and engineering requirements. We’ll then send a written proposal covering the scope of work, recommended solutions, and an itemised cost estimate, so you have a clear picture.
Construction Begins
Once the proposal is approved, we lock in a start date, and our crew start tasks in accordance with applicable Australian standards, project specifications, and council regulations. We’ll keep you updated as the work progresses; flag any changes straight away.
Final Inspection and Handover
When the work is complete, we inspect the finished job with you and make any necessary adjustments before handover. We also provide care and maintenance instructions to help keep your concrete in excellent condition for years to come.
